Residential Program for Children/Youth with Developmental Disabilities

HNCLAS provides Residential Care Programs for Youth/Children, providing daily support to individuals under the age of 18 with developmental disabilities.
This program delivers ongoing residential support services to Children/Youth with developmental and/or multiple disabilities. It is designed to promote independence and enhance quality of life by providing structured assistance in areas such as community integration, daily living skills, behavioral intervention, and community-based support. Services are offered within a shared group living arrangement, ensuring a safe, respectful, and supportive environment tailored to the unique needs of each individual.

Community Day Program

HNCLAS applies a holistic approach within the group home setting by addressing each resident’s physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Decisions are made collaboratively, involving the resident, their family or guardians, and staff to ensure personalized and supportive care. The group home environment also incorporates recreational and socially inclusive activities that help residents build interpersonal skills, foster independence, and support the development of new abilities.
