At Heritage Nanny Community Living and Support, we are committed to providing the highest standard of childcare through a process of continuous improvement. Our approach ensures that every nanny we place is not only qualified and experienced but also consistently growing, learning, and adapting to the needs of modern families.

Ongoing Training and Development

We believe that exceptional childcare requires more than initial qualifications. All of our nannies participate in regular professional development, which includes:

Regular Performance Reviews

To ensure consistent quality, our nannies undergo routine evaluations based on feedback from families, observations, and self-assessments. This allows us to:

Feedback-Driven Improvements

We value the voices of our families. Your feedback directly informs our training programs, nanny placements, and service offerings. Through surveys, check-ins, and open communication, we continuously refine our standards and practices.

Modern Tools and Resources

We stay current with the latest in childcare practices and tools. Whether it’s digital scheduling, learning apps, or modern household management techniques, we equip our nannies with resources to support your family in the most effective way.

Continuous Assessment and Development

Continuous enhancement is implemented into all service areas and applies to staff members at all levels of the organization. We place great value on the quality of the supports and services we provide to our clients, families, and funders, Community and Social Services, Persons with Developmental Disabilities (PDD), and Family Support for Children with Disabilities (FSCD). We strive for continuous assessment and development and a strong commitment to fostering a Culture of Care.

How Continuous Enhancement Planning Improves Services

Indicators and Outcomes

Continuous enhancement is driven by our quality assurance processes, risk management plans, and strategic plans. An ongoing and multiple-level process, the enhancement of the quality and performance of our supports, services, and programs is addressed at each level of position, agency department, and service area. An agreement with our funder is in place for each service area, and the anticipated outputs and outcomes for each program are specified. Additionally, an annual report is generated that addresses each of the criteria. Supervisors, coordinators, and directors guarantee that reporting procedures are implemented and that the mandate of service is strictly adhered to.
