Our Homes

We create homes for our clients. A home is where you are safe, feel comforted, and have the support of community and friends and family. We provide Residential Care Services for both Adult and Youth with developmental disabilities. We have experience working with some of the most complex behavioral designations. Each home has a maximum of three residents. New clients are introduced based on compatibility with their housemates. The process of matching peers with similar needs and interests also allows individuals to enjoy lower living expenses and the benefits of shared assistive staffing. We have been proud to see some beautiful friendships take form in our homes.
Our staff builds strong relationships with clients, ensuring their personalized care needs are met.
Our group homes are homes. Just like our wellness plans, we also fully customize the living situation for our clients, making accommodations and adjustments as necessary. Everyone is different, and we go to great lengths to ensure our clients are comfortable and will have the support they require to live a full, happy, and independent life.

Our Wellness Support Plans

Wellness begins with an individualized plan that outlines how best to provide support in a holistic, strength-based, person-centered way. During our initial behavioral consultation, the information we collect becomes the basis for a personalized Wellness Support Plan. These plans identify the individual's need-oriented goals that are met through wellness-oriented strategies. Strategies are planned and worked on in conjunction with the entire team supporting our individual.

  1. Basic personal information

  2. Behaviour patterns

  3. Stressors

  4. Triggers

  5. Behaviour redirection techniques

  6. Routine details

Our Community Support Services

No matter where you are in your mental health treatment and recovery, the main goal is to maintain independent living to the best of your ability. This goal usually looks different for everyone. Managing mental illness while trying to keep up with the demands of daily living can feel overwhelming. Community support services can help you deal with stressful or difficult situations, enabling you to get back to your life.
We provide support to individuals with disabilities in community programs such as swimming lessons, gymnastics, soccer club, special interest groups, or summer camps. Our trained and professional staff provide appropriate levels of support as well as help to facilitate the individual’s inclusion into group activities and routines. Our staff will also provide learning opportunities and behavioural support as required.
