The purpose of accreditation is to ensure that the programs and services provided by an organization meet rigorous standards of quality, safety, and accountability. Accreditation promotes continuous improvement and demonstrates the organization’s commitment to excellence in service delivery.

HNCLAS complies with provincial and national regulations, policies, and human rights standards. Our facility meets or exceeds the minimum legal requirements for health, safety, staffing, and service delivery.
Accredited programs are held accountable for their practices. HNCLAS met accreditation requirements of proper documentation, staff training, performance evaluations, and service planning.
HNCLAS ensures residents/clients receive services that are individualized, culturally appropriate, and outcome-driven. In our residences clients can achieve personal goals and experience improved well-being and stability.
